Welcome to the 36th Annual ISRLOA Conference and Business Meeting in West Des Moines!  Past President Quinn Turner has been working all year to put together an enjoyable weekend for all of us.

There is no doubt that the business meeting will be informative and the training will be educational.  But, the real strength of our association and the true benefits of the Annual Conference is the networking and friendship-building that we accomplish.  Take the time to meet someone new.  Take the time to ask questions and provide insightful ways that you and your unit conduct business.  Take the time to increase your knowledge and your contacts to make you a better, more professional Reserve.

Thanks for your service to your state and community.  I look forward to seeing all of you this weekend.
