Welcome to the 38th Annual ISRLOA Conference and Business Meeting!  I am sure this will be an enjoyable weekend for all, thanks to all the hard work and effort that Past President Brad Thomas has done organizing this event.

Let me start by asking that every member seriously consider attending the conference.  It is, after all, for you, the association members.  our business meeting is a time for everyone to voice their concerns and hear about what your Board of Directors have been doing for the association over the past year.  There will be outstanding training sessions that will be beneficial to every member in performance of their duties; at no cost to you.  The business meeting and training sessions are the best place for networking and building friendships with other members.  It is through training, networking and friendships that we become more professional reservists, to better serve our communities and State.

I look forward to seeing all of you at the Conference in Urbandale.
