The 22nd Annual Reserve Officer Training Seminar will be held September 20th, 2008 at the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy.
ROBERT TAYLOR BIO
Bob Taylor moved to Muscatine, Iowa from central Nebraska
when he was ten years old and attended Muscatine schools, graduating in
1967. He attended Muscatine Community College where he received his AA
degree, then attended Westwood Colloge, DuPage, Illinois campus where he
earned a dgree in Business Administration. Bob worked for the HON
Company in Muscatine before retiring as Manage of Transportation Services.
Bob has been a reserve deputy with the Muscatine County SO for 29 years and
is currently Treasurer of the unit. He has served two terms as
President of the ISRLOA.
